Do you deliver directly to the yacht?

Orders are prepared for marina delivery to your yacht or to the agreed handover point, depending on the marina setup and arrival logistics.

What information do you need for delivery?

Please provide your marina, boat name, charter company if relevant, check-in timing, and any important delivery notes.

Can you handle last-minute or urgent requests?

Yes, we can review last-minute yacht provisioning requests subject to availability. For urgent needs, please contact our Concierge Service directly.

Can you deliver to an anchored yacht or at sea?

This may be possible only in selected cases and depends on location, access, timing, weather conditions, and operational availability. Please contact us directly for such requests.

What happens if my arrival time changes?

If your check-in timing changes, please let us know as soon as possible so we can review the delivery plan and adjust where possible.

Is there a delivery fee?
