Welcome to Croatia Yachting Supply. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Our Services

Croatia Yachting Supply provides yacht provisioning services, including the supply and delivery of food, beverages, and onboard essentials to yachts and boats at selected marinas across Croatia. We act as a provisioning service and arrange delivery based on your order specifications.

Orders & Payment

When placing an order through our website, please note the following:

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by our team
• The minimum order value is €250 for standard provisioning orders
• Orders should be placed at least 72 hours before the desired delivery date
• Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Pricing & Availability

All prices displayed on our website are in euros and are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Product availability may vary by season and location. In case a product is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative.

Delivery

We deliver provisions to selected marinas across the Croatian coast. Delivery times are arranged based on your specified arrival date and marina location. While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as possible.

Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value, as products may have already been sourced. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 business days.

Limitation of Liability

Croatia Yachting Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for issues beyond our control, including but not limited to weather delays, marina access restrictions, or force majeure events.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Croatia Yachting Supply and is protected by Croatian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Split, Croatia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
